We're thrilled to welcome you back to Calahan for the new school year! As we begin this new chapter, we're excited to provide you with all the tools and resources you need to succeed.

**For students going into our AUT Core or PAL program you will NOT attend the orientation on August 10th

There will be separate information coming to you from the teacher of your specific program.**

To help you get started, we've put together a few essential links to get you connected with all the important information you need:

If you have a newly enrolled student please be sure to fill out a household income form if you have not yet done so. 

Submitting this form entitles our school to receive additional Federal and State monies based on the number of eligible students and helps our school in many ways. The more household income forms that are submitted, the more funds our school is eligible to receive. Be assured that the information you provide on the HIF form will be kept completely confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.

Download the YumYummi app and select "Calahan" as a favorite to view a daily and weekly overview of breakfast, lunch, and supper options. This will help you plan your meals and make healthy choices.

Volunteer Application: Please fill out the volunteer application link as soon as possible. It takes time for the office and district office to approve and process your application, so don't wait until last minute!

TB Clearance: Please note that Covid vaccination is no longer a requirement. Instead, we need you to turn in a valid TB clearance test result to the main office. Your TB clearance is valid for 4 years.

Important: Please note that all volunteers must reapply every school year to maintain their approval status. If you applied last school year, it is no longer valid, and you will need to submit a new application to remain an approved volunteer. This is an important step in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

Applications for YDP & YS can be found in the main office.

Please be sure to inquire about Parent Portal after your student has been enrolled in school. The Parent Portal is a one–stop online system that securely connects parents and guardians to important information about their children at school and you are able to request a device and transportation on the platform.
