1. Log In: If you already have an account, simply log in with your existing credentials.
2. New Accounts: If you are new to our system, please register for a new account. Once registered, be sure to add your student to your profile.
To add your student:
- Click on "Students"
- Select "Add Student"
- Enter the following information:
- Student ID
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Pin provided to you
3. Access the Survey: Registered families can find the survey by clicking on "Survey" and then selecting "Take Survey."
